The Chemical Brothers return to the live arena this year with a headline slot at Barcelona’s Sónar festival and two shows at London’s Roundhouse.

With a new album due later in 2010, The Chemicals – Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands – will perform their first gigs in nearly eighteen months at the Roundhouse on May 20 and 21, before going on to top the bill at Sónar on June 19. Apparently they have “something very special” up their sleeves for these three performances.

Sónar tickets are available now; tickets for the Roundhouse gigs will go on sale at gigsandtours.com this Friday, 12 February, at 9am.
