Bristol festival Love Saves the Day expands to two days; adds Jacques Greene, Ben UFO, Ms Dynamite and more

Bristol’s Love Saves the Day festival has announced a new set of names for 2013.

Taking place in the city’s Castle Park, attendees will be treated to appearances from Montreal heartbreaker Jacques Greene [above], Hessle Audio co-owner Ben UFO, local legend DJ Derek, new Digital Soundboy signing and Kano collaborator Mele, Ms Dynamite, Soul II Soul and Trojan Sound System. Elsewhere, local boy Artifact will be bringing his brittle brands of techno and garage to proceedings, Sheffield’s Walter Ego represents for fans of crunched, oddball grime, and Lil Silva will be running flange-heavy UK Funky like no one else can.

They join the likes of Jackmaster, Ame, Eats Everything, Joy Orbison and more. For more information on Love Saves the Day, which this year will take place over two days (May 25 and 26), head here.
