Ricardo Villalobos & Max Loderbaueur and Moritz Von Oswald confirmed for REWIRE festival

Adventurous Dutch festival REWIRE will return in November.

The biggest of the new announcements is Ricardo Villalobos, working in association with recent collaborator Max Loderbauer. The pair will present the Dutch live premiere of their feted Re:ECM project. On record, Re:ECM saw the pair reconfigure vintage material from Manfred Eicher’s jazz/New Music imprint into minimalist “sound structures”; the live incarnation should prove hypnotic and invigorating. Another techno collaboration is also on the cards, with Rhythm & Sound man Moritz Von Oswald teaming up with Norwegian jazz trumpeter Nils Petter Molvaer for a rare live outing. Further new additions include playful beatmaker Kelpe, Swedish post-rock unit Tape and ambient duo Moon Ate The Dark.

REWIRE takes place on November 8-9 in The Hague. Tickets and further information are available here.
