The first batch of announcements for Urban Nerds’ NYE shindig has been released, and it’s a bold opening salvo.

Redlight is the biggest of the bunch. The Rinse FM regular is a deft navigator around the 2-step/house spectrum, and his productions have seen him getting huge props from the likes of Annie Mac. Expect a high-energy, fast-paced push into the new year. Youngbloods Bondax will be airing their colourful blend of classic garage and contemporary house – anticipate a selection of good-time dancefloor fare, with a few R&B nods to boot. Ben Westbeech will be appearing under his club-focused Breach alias, and can be expected to bring the same curatorial instincts behind his new Naked Naked imprint to his set. Voracious bass-stalkers Dark Sky are the final new additions.
