Chicago house legend Cajmere takes on his Green Velvet alias at London's Fire in May

Boddika, Luke Solomon, Neville Watson and more also on the bill.

Random Magic will celebrate May Bank Holiday in style at Vauxhall’s Fire club this spring with a unique set that sees house don Cajmere go up against his own alias Green Velvet.

The DJ also known as Curtis Alan Jones will double his dedication to the Chicago house sound on the night, performing two sets under his twin monikers.

Also in the main room at Fire will be Nonplus label head and former Instra:mental lad Boddika, fresh from a string of excellent collaboration with his pal Joy Orbison, while Luke Solomon and Neville Watson will warm up the room with a back-to-back set.

Farr Festival curates room two, with South London Ordnance bringing Hotflush-flavoured house and techno alongside October from Sweden’s Skudge label, plus Otto and Farr residents.

Random Magic’s Bank Holiday event takes place on Saturday, May 3 from 10pm – 7am at Fire in Vauxhall. Tickets are priced £12 and available here.
