Hannah Wants, Skream, Derrick Carter and more head to the Midland this festive season.

The Rainbow Venues in Birmingham is in the thick of a 15-week run of events under the banner Imaginarium, combining music, food, art and design across the venue’s array of freshly revamped rooms and roof terraces.

The club has now unveiled its plans for Christmas and New Year, wrapping up Imaginarium with a string of festive blowouts starting on December 19, when Cocoon honcho Sven Väth brings a special guest for a label night in the Warehouse, while on Boxing Day, local boy and ViVA boss Steve Lawler comes home for a massive party with Skream, Detlef and Anek.

The big one is on New Year’s Eve, with 2:31, Seedy Sonics and Snowbombing all coming together for a party taking place across the Arena, Warehouse and Blackbox with Hannah Wants, DJ Zinc, Low Steppa, Catz & Dogz, Ben Pearce, Josh Butler, SPR, Culture Shock and MC Lowqui.

On New Year’s Day the rave spreads across two rooms, with Martin Buttrich, Derrick Carter, Adam Shelton, Robert Dietz in The Blackbox while Ibiza party Do Not Sleep brings Dennis Ferrer, Darius Syrossian, Sante, Sidney Charles, Dungeon Meat (live) and Richy Ahmed.
