The Nicaraguan-conceived Roach Gigz, one of the funniest rappers working, just dropped his latest, quizzically-titled mixtape Hot Air Balloons And Cinnamon Sticks, and the San Francisco spitter is in usual form. He mixes self-deprecating humor in with his brash confidence, and is hard to root against even when he tiptoes into poor taste. On top of that, the beats, from constant counterpart C-Loz and others, slap like hyphy never left.
