Watch the trippy video for Massacooramaan’s ‘Wijd’

The video for Massacooramaan’s ‘Wijd’ is the type of visual we’ve come to expect from Fade to Mind.

As Massacooramaan, Dave Quam explores the outer reaches of juke-inspired club music. ‘Wijd’ is a sword-swinging tribal juke tune that is as violent as it is meditative. The video is a Fade to Mind family affair, directed by label boss Kingdom and Fade to Mind audio-visual collaborators Subtrança. Viewers are treated to a psychedelic kaleidoscope, as a butterfly/fractal waves and melts in a thunderstorm. These 3D renderings may be nearing their saturation point, but until then, we’ll enjoy the trip.
