Last night, while most of us were sat at home watching the three-hour car crash that was the Olympic Closing Ceremony, a lucky few thousand were ensconced in Hyde Park.

They were there to see Blur perform, topping a best-of-British bill including The Specials, New Order and (less obviously) Bombay Bicycle Club. This may well be the band’s last ever performance, and going on reports and footage, they looked to be on peak form.

The set saw the band storm through a comprehensive list of Blur classics, and included fleeting appearances from Phil Daniels (of ‘Park Life’ monologue fame) and Harry Enfield. You can watch a few fan-filmed videos of the concert, featuring stonking renditions of ‘Girls & Boys’, ‘Song 2’ and ‘London Loves’, along with a bit of collective Mo Farah appreciation, below [via Stereogum].
