Lukid’s grizzled new LP Lonely At The Top – a patient set which is low on surface thrills but heavy on atmosphere is definitely a slow burner.

The raft of clips which have accompanied the release have done a great job of complimenting the record’s chilly charms. Following on from the canine-focused ‘This Dog Can Swim’ clip and ‘USSR”s techno-blitz, Lukid and his brother Sam have cobbled together a homespun clip for the rattling ‘Riquelme’. The super-saturated clip stitches together footage of Argentinian football player Juan Román Riquelme, and is a worthy watch regardless of national affiliation.
