Music/life partners Peaking Lights recently gave their Lucifer LP a dubby overhaul.

The Wisconscin dream-pop duo sound pretty blunted at the best of times, and the Lucifer In Dub LP takes their gooey-eyed compositions into even spacier territory. The pair’s new version of ‘Beautiful Son’ reminded us of Screamadelica-era Primal Scream, with a bit of Black Dice-grade zaniness sprinkled in for good measure. The surf-tastic new video makes for a fine visual accompaniment; Instagram enthusiasts will be in their element.
