Following an appearance on Travis Scott’s explosive ‘Pussy’ earlier in the week, Chuck Inglish switches things up with this Scott-featuring remix of ‘Back Up’.

We’ve been eagerly anticipating the now imminent full-length Convertibles for what seems like years, and now when it’s (supposedly) just around the corner, Inglish has provided us with a remix of this mercilessly stark track. While the original dropped last year, the new mix manages to push things up a notch with an adamantium-tough verse from Travis Scott gracing the already industrial strength beat.

It’s refreshing to hear something so stripped to the bone at a time when rap appears to have a leaning towards ‘more is more’, and it makes us glad that the legacy of The Cool Kids isn’t being swept under the carpet just yet. [via Fakeshoredrive]
