It’s hard to believe The Postal Service’s sole album Give Up is ten years old, but at least they’re celebrating in style.

Jimmy Tamborello and Ben Gibbard recorded two new tracks for the bumper Give Up reissue, both featuring Rilo Kiley’s Jenny Lewis on guest vocals. The first ‘A Tattered Line of String‘ leaked a while ago, and showed the duo still had that indie-via-electro magic that made them much better than influencing Owl City would suggest.

‘Turn Around’ finds the band on similar form, with a familiar crunchy beat accompanying Gibbard’s fragile vocals and reminding us why we all fell in love with ‘Such Great Heights’ before the TV ad men got wind of it.

Now who’s got bets on whether it’ll take another ten years for the next two tracks? [via Consequence of Sound]
