The enigmatic producer shares a clutch of tracks as he prepares to go on tour.

For the last several years, Myrryrs has released music on B.YRSLF and Discobelle, eventually finding a home with Los Angeles club music depository Body High. In May, he released the Southside Horror EP: six body-jacking tracks that bounce and percolate across the dance music spectrum.

As he prepares to tour in support of the EP, Myrryrs has shared the Horror VIP collection — four amped-up club constructions that build on the strengths of Southside Horror.

“I made 20 or so cuts for the last EP and these are my favorite outtakes that i’ve been playing in my DJ sets,” the producer says via email. Samples are familiar but contorted in never-before-heard ways: suffice to say you’ve never heard Yello’s ‘Oh Yeah’ chopped quite like this. Stream/download the tracks below; Myrrys’ tour dates follow.
