Radiohead drummer Phil Selway is in the process of recording his debut solo album in the band’s Oxfordshire studio.

The album, which doesn’t yet have a title, features vocals from Selway and contributions from Wilco’s Glenn Kotche and Pat Sansone, as well as Lisa Germano and Sebastian Steinberg.

Selway debuted one of his solo songs, ‘The Family Madness’, at a live show in Auckland for the 7 Worlds Colide project. A release date for the album hasn’t been set, but early 2010 seems like a safe bet.
