Rocketjuice and The Moon, Damon Albarn’s collaborative project with Flea (Red Hot Chilli Peppers / The Mars Volta) and Tony Allen, will release their debut album on March 26.

Titled simply Rocketjuice and The Moon, the album was recorded at Albarn’s London studio, and features contributions from Erykah Badu, Malian singer Fatoumata Diawara, Ghanian rapper M. anifest and the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble [via NME]. No more information than that at present.

It’s not the only collaborating Albarn’s been involved in of late; yesterday it was announced that Gorillaz had teamed up with Andre 3000 and LCD Soundystem’s James Murphy for a track for Converse, titled ‘DoYaThing’.
