The startling follow-up to Tragedy is now streaming in its entirety.

Few records made quite as big an impression on FACT in 2011 as Julia Holter’s magisterial Tragedy. Moreover, new tracks ‘Marienbad’ and ‘In The Same Room’ are already some of our favourites of the year so far. Now, the Californian musician-cum-theorist’s upcoming album Ekstasis is available to stream online. The record – written simultaneously with Tragedy – showcases a range of songs that Holter has been playing over the last few years.

Ekstasis will see a full release on March 6, via RVNG INTL. You can listen to it here, courtesy of NPR.
