This Sunday, 26 August, Colony are teaming up with Scand to lay on a Bank Holiday special at London’s Rhythm Factory.

Fans of techno and electro will be in heaven: the reliably excellent Peter Van Hoesen headlines in Room 1, with Ben Gibson (Perc Trax, Axis) playing live; acid techno maven MPIA3, DJ Skirt (Horizontal Ground), MB & CB and Tengui are also on board.

Over in Room 2, UK rave perennial Keith Tenniswood aka Radioactive Man stops by to show you what he’s made of, topping a Scand-curated bill that also includes Morphology (live), DeFeKT (live), Sync 24 & Innume, agent2 and Steve Allman. More information and tickets here.

FACT has a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky reader; the winner of our prize draw will also receive a free download of Radioactive Man’s new album, Waits & Measures, two new Radioactive Man 12″s (‘Clean It Up’ and the Room EP), Scanone’s Andromeda 12″ EP, Sync 24’s ‘We Rock Non-Stop’ and ‘Alpha 606’ 12″s, Morphology’s Information Paradox 12″ EP, and the various artists comp EP Cultivated Electronics (CE003). That’s a pretty heavy vinyl haul. To enter the draw, simply email your name and the words ‘colony scand’ to competitions@thevinylfactory.com. Our winner will be chosen and notified by midday on Friday.
