The Omaha new wavers see their most essential album reissued by Saddle Creek.

Danse Macabre was very typical of the early-aughts post-punk revival: angular guitar riffs, drum machine beats, and loads of 80s-styled synthesizer; the album title is instructive.

Saddle Creek will give the album the deluxe reissue treatment on October 30, adding six bonus tracks to double LP and double CD/DVD packages. The vinyl edition includes the CD/DVD as well, along with a 12-page booklet; the CD comes with a 48-page booklet.
