Warp Films announces Privado, a three-part comedy mini series

Privado is a three-part series for Channel4.com, and Warp Films’ first online project.

Privado is part of Channel4’s Comedy Blaps program, which pilots new talent online. Director Jim Hosking follows an absurb American cowboy named Michael Jackson as he makes a new start in Great Britain as a private investigator.

The mini-series stars Neil Maskell (Kill List), Jo Hartley (This Is England), Rasmus Haridker (Saxondale), Dan Renton Skinner (Angelos Epithermiou Show), Michael Winder (Undisclosed) and Richard Hardisty (Evil Kweevil). The first episode is below, with the next episodes on September 20 and 27.

The score was composed by Max Bloom of London alt-rock revivalists Yuck, who released their self-titled debut and were longlisted for the BBC Sound of 2011 poll last year.
