European label Vae Victis are set to release another of heavy analogue techno by Blawan & The Analogue Cops.

The tape-leaning trio first collaborated on pair of EPs last year – The Big Family, on Restoration, and Cursory, on Vae Victis – and those who thought they had Blawan pegged were in for a prompt surprise: the man who made his name with rolling garage on Hessle Audio, big room bangers on R&S and that Brandy edit was making some of the most piledriving techno around. The latest EP from Blawan & The Analogue Cops will be released under the name Parasella (also the name of B&TACs’ label), and comes titled Label Nightmares. As you’d expect, it sounds like tape delay techno that’s been thrown down the stairs and had the shit kicked out of it – well, except for ‘Bad Treatment’, which actually sounds a lot like Techontronic’s ‘Pump up the Jams’.

Vae Victis will release Label Nightmares in late October [via Juno]. You can stream audio of all four tracks here; we’ve embedded ‘Bad Treatment’ below.
