Fool’s Gold boss (and one-time Kanye DJ) A-Trak has announced a short tour of the US. So far, so unremarkable. There is, however, an interesting twist: he’ll be playing people’s houses along the way.

The Fool’s Gold House Party Tour will see A-Trak, Flosstradamus and Donnis stopping off at actual folks’ houses and bespoke DIY spaces. The jaunt will include stop-offs in Missouri, Georgia, Colorado, Illinois and New Jersey In the DJ’s words, “Hide your mom’s vase collection”. In order to get details of the relevant address, you’ll need to input your email address here.

These real-life bashes contrast with Channel 4’s recent ersatz House Party, where A-Trak made a memorable appearance. Fool’s Gold also have a new compilation of “gritty” hip-hop  in the works [via Pitchfork]
