Nick Hook, Vin Sol, and Matrixxman come together for a raucous EP on Classicworks

The bi-coastal production trio plumb the depths of ghetto house on the I Can Feel It EP.

While Nick Hook has worked with a wide range of artists (Drop The Lime, Azealia Banks, Cubic Zirconia, etc.), his latest collaboration takes him out the New York underground and joins him with Soo Wavey bosses Matrixxman and Vin Sol.

Across the three tracks of the I Can Feel It EP, the trio acknowledges the lessons taught by labels like Underground Construction, Trax and Dance Mania: sometimes all you need for a dance track is a drum machine and a jumpy vocal sample.

Preview the EP below. It’s due out on 12″ vinyl on March 25 and digitally on April 8 via Classicworks, the “retro-futuristic club music” hub run by Barcelona producers Nehuen and Cardopusher.
