We covered part one of the documentary here, and now it’s time for the next installment.

The second of four parts, this rare look behind the scenes charts D’Angelo’s return to the public eye at Bonnaroo after twelve years in a self-imposed exile. With The Roots’ Questlove at the helm the documentary has plenty of character and the sort of heart you’d usually fail to find in a simple TV interview.

This time around, D’Angelo’s supergroup is introduced piece by piece, and the band perform a rendition of the Ohio Players’ ‘Pride and Vanity’. [via Complex]
