Since joining Gucci Mane’s stable earlier this year, the prince of Chicago drill music has teamed up with Gucci’s go-to producer (and frequent featuree of the Mixtape Round-up) on a handful of tracks. A change of pace from the stark beats crafted by Young Chop, Zaytoven’s synth-laden compositions (like ‘Round Da Rosey’ and ‘Hobby’) complement Keef’s increasingly Autotuned grumbling.

According to his Twitter, Zaytoven and Keef are working on a full album, teasing Friday’s date (June 28) with “#staytune.” While it wouldn’t be surprising to see a mixtape or album turned around that quickly, we’re guessing it’s more likely to be an announcement or a new track.

Meanwhile, Zaytoven just released a mixtape to accompany Birds of a Feather, a low-budget, semi-autobiographical film that he stars in as himself (shout out to No Limit). [via Fake Shore Drive]
