In July, Morrissey will release new LP World Peace Is None of Your Business, complete with some eyebrow-raising cover art. Following yesterday’s warning flare, full details have now emerged about the follow-up to 2009’s gutsy Years of Refusal.

The album was recorded at the La Fabrique studios in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, France, with The Strokes producer Joe Chiccarelli at the controls. The (characteristically natty) tracklisting for the album is available to peruse below; highlights include ‘Neal Cassady Drops Dead’, ‘Smiler With Knife’ and ‘Kick The Bride Down the Aisle’.

The album’s opener is now available to download with pre-orders of the record. The track comes bundled with a spoken word performance video, featuring a guest appearance from old mucker Nancy Sinatra, which can be copped over at iTunes. More clips are apparently in the pipeline.

World Peace Is None Of Your Business will see the light of day on July 15, courtesy of Harvest Records.
