The magazine’s latest issue features a re-up of photographs from a 1987 issue of defunct magazine Record Mirror, where Normski was sent to Detroit to photograph the then-young sound of techno. His photos document Carl Craig giving it the full Red Shoe Diaries to a soft focus lens [above], Derrick May showcasing some serious Gap advert chic, and MK looking… well, more or less like half the audience at his gigs these days.
