Sad boy rapper Little Pain returns with his weirdest joint to date.

It shouldn’t come as a massive surprise that notorious Bay Area oddball ISSUE is involved. The teaholic rapper (who, if you didn’t already know, is the son of the legendary E-40) adds his unique sound to the track, which chops out elements of Aphex Twin’s pioneering ‘Icct Hedral’ – a cut that appeared on both Donkey Rhubarb and I Care Because You Do before being remixed by none other than Philip Glass.

The familiar strings are chopped beneath sparse beats, forming an apt bed for Pain’s melancholy mutterings and it might be one of the finest moments for either artist thus far. It’s certainly a great taster of Little Pain’s forthcoming album L.I.T.T.L.E. which is set to land on December 2 and features guest spots from Michael Christmas, SKYWLKR, Friendzone and more. You can check the ace artwork above.
