The-Dream has released the first part of his Crown Jewel project.

Terius Nash aka The-Dream has released the first of two EPs that he will deliver in the coming months. The Crown EP precedes another EP entitled Jewel, which is set to be released on July 10. The two releases will be combined to form a cohesive body of work entitled Crown Jewel.

“Crown is more modern R&B, and Jewel will be more what you might think of as my songwriter side, the songs I might have given to other artists before,” says Nash.

Both EPs will arrive via The-Dream’s Contra Paris imprint, a newly-formed partnership with frequent collaborator Tricky Stewart.
