Ross arrested again in Fayette County, Georgia.

Rick Ross is in trouble with the law again: he was charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery after allegedly pistol-whipping a repairman that was working at his home.

Earlier this month, he was arrested for marijuana possession. Ross and his bodyguard, Nadrian James, will be held at the Fayette County Jail for an initial appearance and a bond hearing. [via HNHH]
