Rick Ross’ baby mama finally wins big in the long-running suit.

A jury has ordered 50 Cent to pay $5 million to a woman who said he acquired a sex tape she made with her boyfriend, added his own commentary to it and leaked it online.

Lavinia Leviston, a former girlfriend of Fiddy’s rival Rick Ross, filed a lawsuit in 2010, claiming emotional distress and invasion of privacy. The rapper then filed his own suit against Ross, claiming that Ross actually uploaded the tape and he’d just linked to it.

The 13-minute video features 50 Cent in a wig – as narrator ‘Pimpin’ Curly’ – making crude remarks about Leviston and taunting Ross. The rappers’ feud was sparked when Ross accused 50 of looking at him the wrong way the BET Awards in 2009. From tiny acorns!

The original suit reached a verdict yesterday, with a jury ordering 50 to pay $5 million to Leviston. The judge has told the rapper to submit his state and federal tax returns for review so that the jury can deliberate on potential further punitive damages.

Lawyer William A. Brewer III said 50 and his legal team are “disappointed in the verdict but very appreciative of the service of the jury and the court.” [via Hollywood Reporter]
