The 99-minute Live in Seattle was recorded in 2013.

David Moufang aka Move D and Juju & Jordash’s Jordan Czamanski are set to release a 99-minute live album on Further Records in October.

Live in Seattle was recorded in the city’s 1927 Events in May 2013, and according to the label, “captures them working at the zenith of their improvisational powers for a rabid crowd—despite their European gear not functioning and having to use unfamiliar equipment”. The duo are no strangers to improvised hardware performance, forming two-thirds of the Magic Mountain High trio alongside Gal Aner.

The record is released on October 30, as a CD with the whole 99 minutes, and as an LP with a 15 and 17 minute extract on each side. You can stream the B-side extract below.

It’s the second live performance to be released through Further this year – in  February it released Rrose’s live version of James Tenney’s 1971 piece ‘Having Never Written A Note For Percussion’.
