The south London crew return with their first project of 2017.

Section Boyz have released a new mixtape titled Soundcheck.

The south London group shared the 16-track project, featuring production from Rudekid, Heavytrackerz, and LA Beats, over the weekend. Listen below.

It follows Attack The Block, their collaborative mixtape with Chris Brown’s OHB crew, which was released in October. The release saw Section Boyz team up with Mike WiLL Made-It, DJ Mustard, Ray J and French Montana.

The group also collaborated with Skepta for Halloween banger ‘The Worst’ last year.

Section Boyz’s last group mixtape, Don’t Panic, was released in 2015.

In January, the group joined Drake on-stage for the opening night of his UK tour to perform their hit song ‘Lock Arff’. It came after Drake made a surprise appearance at their London show last year.

Earlier this year, the collective hit out at The Daily Mail Australia for using one of their photos in a story about gang violence.
