Hyponik present a new edition of their Accordant night at East London’s Rhythm Factory next month.

Headlining is Sticky [above], the man behind all sorts of garage classics (amongst them Ms Dynamite’s ‘Boo’ and ‘Triplets’) who recently has been bringing his wild brand of UK Funky to The Big Chill Bar, where him and Heatwave are residents at the weekly Hot Wuk night.

In support is Ikonika, the Hyperdub signed Londoner whose debut album, Contact, Want, Love, Have will be released next month and sounds great. She’s one of the best DJs around right now; mixing her trademark synth epics with R’n’B from The Dream, Tricky Stewart and more, and the best in juke, garage, Funky and dubstep.

The equally vivid Hyetal is on the bill, whose ‘Pixel Rainbow Sequence’ was a smash last year, and who has been working with Julio Bashmore on recent collaborations. The always excellent Greena plays, as does Martin Kemp, a quarter of the Blunted Robots brigade that includes Brackles, Shortstuff and the infamous Mickey Pearce. Further support in Room 1 comes from P45 and the Hyponik DJ Squad.

Room 2 features recent FACT mixer and Planet Mu favourite Subeena, while the rest of the room should provide a down-tempo alternative to Room 1 with Tapes, Rekordah, Forbidden Planet, Clause Four and sometime FACT scribe Mr. Beatnick.

That’s March 26, Whitechapel Road, tickets are £5 advance, £8 on the door, £10 after midnight. You can buy advance tickets here; Facebook event can be found here.
