Pinch and Shackleton are planning to release a collaborative album.
Speaking to Resident Advisor for a Q&A accompanying his new podcast for the site, Bristol dubstep godfather Pinch reveals that he and Berlin-based Shackleton have been tinkering away at a full-length project together, and also that he intends to work on a new solo LP this year.
“[We’ve been] working on a project that hopefully we’ll finish up this year and will see light of day as an album of sorts. I’m also hoping to get stuck into a full length LP this year of my own to follow up on 2007s Underwater Dancehall.”
More details when we have them; for now, suffice it to say we’re intrigued.
