Gus Gus return to Kompakt this month, for their seventh album, Arabian Horse.

Their second full-length for the Cologne label, it finds the group joined by vocalist Urður Hákonardóttir and Hjaltalin’s Högni Elisson for songs that stem from a series of initial recordings at a self-made studio in an isolated cottage in the middle of an Icelandic lava field. Some mothers do ‘ave ’em.
