The house veteran’s pirate radio-inspired alter ego will put out a four-track EP on Houndstooth next month.

Hardcore follows the release of a clutch of white-label 12″s and includes four tracks: ‘Wall To Wall’, ‘Broken Dreams’, a mix of ‘Mindwash’ by newcomer Anthony Naples, and a further mix of ‘Capsules’ by fellow jungle archaeologist Lee Gamble.

The EP will be followed in September by a full-length album, released through Fabric’s recently launched in-house label Houndstooth.

Launched last spring, Paul Woolford created his Special Request alias as a “rowdy younger brother” to his other, typically more refined productions, as he told FACT in an early interview.
