Nile Rodgers might be the world’s friendliest musician, and he might be collaborating with seemingly the whole world and their dog at the moment, but at least appearing on Daft Punk‘s Random Access Memories made sense.

The Chic frontman has now confirmed that he’s been in the studio with horrifying drum ‘n’ bass producers Chase & Status, posting this picture and message to Twitter:

We can only assume that the track will be part of the production duo’s forthcoming album Brand New Machine, which is due on October 7. Shudder. [via NME]
