After a few winning tapes from Amber London, Rell, Key Nyata and Lil Champ Fway, Purrp’s crew are about to form like Voltron for new crew compilation Tales From The Underground. A surprising return to form (and to high quality) from Purrp, ‘Believe Me’ finds him rapping more confidently than ever over a typically murky sample, reminding us exactly why we fell in love with his Three 6 Mafia appropriations in the first place.
