Wolf Eyes-alum and experimental music deity Aaron Dilloway has been running Hanson Records as a record label and mail order store for some time, and it’s all about to change.

From next Tuesday, Hanson Records record store will be opening in Oberlin, Ohio, and can be found upstairs at 25 W. College St. right above Smiths Home Furnishings (next to Gibsons). There isn’t a great deal more information than that, as yet, but you can be sure that Dilloway will be keeping an inventory of the same crucial weird-world experimental plates that you’d expect to see haunting the old web shop, plus plenty of used goodies too.

If you’re in the general area, the Hanson Records opening party will be on December 5 from 5-8, and will feature some special live performances and DJ sets from local musical types.
