DFA meets Hyperdub on this banging remix.

In his review of Factory Floor‘s eponymous debut, John Calvert described ‘Turn It Up’ as “arguably the lightest sound that Factory Floor have produced thus far” and a “shock for those drawn to the trio in the past for their industrial stylings.”

Perhaps with that in mind, Laurel Halo has turned ‘Turn It Up’ into a heavy slab of industrial-tinged techno with the same balance of ambience and percussion that she displayed on her Chance of Rain LP.
