Freaker previews his next project.

In search of what he calls “urban electronica” and “technicolored grime,” Darq E Freaker has spent the last several years crossbreeding UK grime and US rap tropes, working with Danny Brown and Numbers along the way.

His next project, a mixtape entitled #DontFreakOut, will be pure grime judging by lead track ‘Gully’. Stream the surging, sawtoothed banger below — it features East London grime MC Maxsta. #DontFreakOut drops on May 14.
