A new-old leak from the album that would have been Detox.

Dr. Dre’s own Chinese Democracy feels as far away as ever, but a freshly surfaced track from that forever-delayed album hints at what we’re missing.

The Compton elder is joined by Kendrick Lamar and Jeremih on the sexy slow jam ‘2Nite’. As The Fader points out, Kendrick’s younger sounding voice suggests the track dates back to around 2011, before Good Kid M.a.a.d. City.

Regardless, it’s pretty good – stream it below. In the time it took you to read this post, Dre earned $200, which may explain why a new album isn’t top of his priorities.
