Following Iglew’s ‘Urban Myth’, Gobstopper’s next step of 2015 is a single by Tarquin. 

Tarquin – real name: not Tarquin – has been popping up in mixes by Slackk, Grandmixxer, Deadboy and more of late, and has the ability to both turn sets inside out with mangled takes on 8-bar grime and bassline house, and calm them with sugary r’n’b mutations.

This single, appropriately, does both: ‘Kid U’ pairs a chirpy r’n’b hook with deft drum programming, while ‘Lost my Marbles’ is all sorts of madness – put it this way, the title suits. The single will be released on July 27, we’re premiering ‘Kid U’ below.
