From the upcoming Ben Wheatley sci-fi thriller.

Composer Clint Mansell has a tight CV when it comes to crafting ominous but languid film scores. The upcoming film adaptation of J.G. Ballard’s High Rise has the same forward-thinking, but illustrative textures as his work for films like Requiem For a Dream and Black Swan, among others. To coincid with the March 18 UK release of the film, Silva Screen Records will is issuing the soundtrack both physically and digitally, though no word on vinyl.

Mansell was also recently tapped to score Duncan Jones’ Mute. The two previously worked together on Jones’ Moon.

High Rise is out in the US via VOD on April 28 and theatrically May 13. Watch the trailer below.
