A winning team.

With the festival coming in a matter of weeks, Rewire have added the final names to their 2016 line-up.

Irish techno duo Lakker will air their Struggle and Emerge EP, “a tense soundtrack to the machine driven mid-20th century that captures the complex relationship between the Dutch and the water that surrounds them – unyielding, colossal, industrial.”

Former Perc collaborator Truss will also be making an appearance, along with Livity Sound boss Peverelist and wildlife sound recordist and former Cabaret Voltaire innovator Chris Watson.

Other additions include Hilde Marie Holsen, J(ay).A.D, Brokenchord, KHZ kollektiv, Elektrovolt, ITPDWIP, Leo Svirsky in collaboration with LOOS Research Concert Cycle and IOM – AIM.

They join a bill that already includes the world premiere of James Holden and Maalem Houssam Guinia’s new live collaboration, the Vessel, Black Rain and Pete Swanson three-way and FACT favourite Not Waving. Gazelle Twin’s new a/v show will be rolled out too.

The festival will also host the Dutch premiere of Babyfather, Jlin, Colleen, Total Freedom, Roly Porter, Via App and more.

The sixth edition of the three-day festival takes place Friday April 1 to Sunday April 3 at various locations in The Hague.
