Say farewell to their iconic red and green mascot.
A Tribe Called Quest will release their final album, We Got It From Here, next week and while they’ve yet to release any music the group revealed the artwork today.
Over a background that resembles dice, the album’s send-off is written in gold: “We got it from here … thank you 4 your service”. The group’s memorable mascot, a women coated in stripes of red and green, returns for the first time in 20 years since she appeared brandishing a flag on 1996’s Beats, Rhymes and Life.
