This event is aimed at young people trying to break into the industry.
The second edition of electronic music conference Take Note, Take Note 2.0, is taking place on Saturday November 19 at Second Home in London with over thirty artists and industry figures participating in the event.
The conference will offer a series of talks and appearances from artists and industry figures, including Mixmag editor Duncan Dick, Sarah Polonsky (editor of DJ mag USA) Danny Daze, Ninja Tune A&R Vidhi Ghandi and Fabric’s Andy Blackett. Norman Jay will be in conversation with Resident Advisor for a one-on-one talk covering a range of topics, including diversity and equality in music and how to manage as a manager.
The founder of Funktion-One, Tony Andrews, will be discussing audio quality with a special audio lab set up to showcase gear, including the PLAYdifferently Model 1 mixer, which was co-designed by Richie Hawtin. There will be demonstrations from artists Whyt Noyz, Fabio Florido, Felix Faire and Elias.
