Birdman has announced he has plans to release 500 songs from a massive collection of unreleased Cash Money music. He wrote on Instagram: “Wen in my VAULT today found thousands of OLD CASHMONEY MUSIC will release 500 songs this Year #CASHMONEY COLLECTION.”
There are currently no details about who has made any of the music that he will be releasing, but we can start fantasizing now. Hopefully we’ll be getting unheard loosies from Drake and Nicki Minaj and rarities from Lil Wayne, but also unreleased tunes from B.G., Juvenile and Mannie Fresh and maybe, maybe Rich Gang’s Tha Tour Pt. 2? Please?
Cash Money was set to release an Apple Music-exclusive documentary last year about the label. While a trailer dropped in August, no release date has been announced.
