In a conceit that that Channel 4 will no doubt be working up into some form of reality TV format, R&B eccentrics The Internet and R&B eccentrics THEESatisfaction have remixed one another.

The beatific stomp of ‘QueenS’ is reconfigured by The Internet into a supple boogie-jam. As ever with Syd and Matt Martians, there’s a slightly acrid edge to proceedings; notes wane out of tune, and  the instrumentation has an ersatz gleam. THEESatisfaction’s version of ‘She DGAF’ is both the more cosmic and the more proficient of the two. Some squelchy synths and Georgian Ann Muldrow swagger make for a highly effective rerun.
